According to the National Horticulture Board (NHB), kiwifruit is cultivated in Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Sikkim, J&K, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh and Kerala. Rich in vitamins B and C, antioxidants, phosphorus, potassium and calcium, the fruit is a mine of nutrients and is loaded with many health benefits.
