Agfa and AURELIUS sign a purchase agreement for the Offset Solutions division
As part of its ongoing transformation process, the Agfa-Gevaert Group has signed a share purchase agreement with the AURELIUS Group for the sale of its Offset Solutions division. Under the terms of the agreement, AURELIUS Group would acquire the Offset Solutions division for an enterprise value of €92 million, subject to customary working capital and net financial debt adjustments as well as minority interest deductions. and net pension debt.
The Offset Solutions division is a global supplier to the offset printing industry, providing commercial, newspaper and packaging printers with integrated prepress and printing solutions.
The proposed transaction is subject to customary employee disclosure and consultation processes, regulatory approvals and closing conditions. Both parties aim to complete the transaction during the first quarter of 2023.
