1. Good communication/customer service/organizational/time management skills
2. Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)

4. Weekend/holiday shifts required for call center customer service
5. Weekend/Holiday/Night shifts required for Cargo Operations and Passenger Service Agent/Ramp Coordinator

1. Provide friendly service and remain positive with all customers with a high level of professionalism
2. Responsible for providing customer service to passengers wishing to travel, determining and recommending the service that meets customer needs
3. Communicate with customers by telephone to provide information regarding fares, schedules, routes, flights and seat availability
4. Respond to and assist with customer inquiries regarding flight arrivals, delays, cancellations, flight irregularities and other general information
5. Respond to customer inquiries and inquiries about loyalty program and star alliance related needs
6. Responsible for providing service to customer needs in accordance with regulations established by the Company, Department of Transportation (US DOT), Canadian Transportation Agency (OTC), and other government agencies.
7. Offer flight options, classes of service, products and services to Customers

1. Coordinate recruitment and background checks
2. Maintain inventory of office supplies by checking stock; place and ship orders for supplies
3. Process invoices and maintain office environment

1. Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current and potential customers in assigned territory/market segment to generate new business for the organization’s products/services
2. Make phone calls and in-person visits and introductions to existing and potential clients
3. Seek sources to develop potential customers and information to determine their potential
4. Speed ​​up resolution of customer issues and complaints
5. Coordinate sales efforts with marketing and management
6. Analyze the potential of the territory/market and determine the value of the value of existing and potential customers for the organization
7. Identify advantages and compare the organization’s products/services
8. Plan and organize a personal sales strategy

1. Assist passengers with general customer service and provide required information

3. Complete the documentation required to clear the aircraft on arrival and/or departure
4. Assist passengers in case of mismatch/cancellation/delay
5. Meet passengers embarking/disembarking and offer help who needs special assistance
6. Comply with all safety requirements
7. Follow directions given by company management and supervisors; assistance in all assigned areas
8. Coordinate with the airport authority for the operational management of flights
9. Coordinate with relevant departments within the company and external vendors to accomplish operational tasks
10. Supervise service providers for effective management of ground operations in accordance with EVA authorities and standard procedures
11. Prepare Flight Operations Documentation
12. Ensure ramp area is clear for flight operations prior to flight arrival
13. Coordinate with cargo operations team for flight safety and punctuality

1. Supervise service providers for effective management of cargo warehouses and line operations in accordance with EVA authorities and standard procedures
2. Provide freight customer service and resolve operational irregularities
3. Prepare Flight Operations Documentation
4. Meet TSA, FAA, and CBP Regulatory Requirements
5. Coordinate with the airport authority for the operational management of flights
6. Coordinate with relevant departments within the company and external vendors to accomplish operational tasks
7. Coordinate with Passenger Service Agent for flight safety and punctuality
