Our interior design studio is looking for a passionate design professional to join our highly collaborative team.

Essential duties and responsibilities include:

  • Develop and communicate design concepts.
  • Produce construction documents using AutoCAD, manage related production; coordinate the work of consultants.
  • Support the principal on projects in all phases.
  • Render using Rhino, VRay and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Coordinate and manage construction phase work and CA tasks.
  • Coordination and preparation of meetings with consultants and clients.
  • Communicate constructively and effectively with peers, principal and clients; demonstrate professional writing skills; organize information with graphical clarity.
  • Choose finishes, materials and FFE.
  • Great design sensibility and a strong portfolio.
  • More than 7 years of experience in a professional architecture or interior design studio.
  • CA architecture license or continuation thereof preferred.
  • Professional degree in architecture or interior design.
  • Experience and proficiency in AutoCAD.
  • Experience and proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Mastery of 3D visualization
  • Experience in CA construction and coordination
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of the relationship between planning codes and the design of sites and buildings.
  • Model sound ethics and good judgment; to inspire trust; present values ​​compatible with those of the company; contribute to the profession and the community.
  • The ability to manage time is essential.

Qualifications
